This is a try to educate the mass about Antioxidants.

Antioxidants are found in certain foods and prevent damage caused by free radicals by neutralizing them. These include the nutrient antioxidants i.e. vitamins A, C and E, and the minerals copper, zinc and selenium; seasonal fruits, salad and vegetables are their source. Green vegetables- pumpkin, carrots, ghiya, Tori, beetroot; Leafily vegetables- spinach, broccoli, cabbage; Green tea; All fruits- Apple, citrus fruits like lemon, orange; Garlic, Tulsi, Turmeric, Methi, Amla; Seeds, whole green; Organic and chemical free food; Indian cow milk products; Adequate water intake-specially alkaline water; Other ways to improve health are….
